What you'll do:
As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager, your key area of responsibility will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on optimizing a premier customer experience. You will be responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management while providing leadership to the project team. You will need to work closely with internal and external resources, business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, and various levels of the organization.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated, customer-obsessed self-starter with strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills. You must have the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations while working creatively in a problem-solving environment. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities. You should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable in a flat organization, with the ability to establish best practices, templates, and tools to mature organizational capabilities.
How you'll make an impact:

Responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management for the project.

Support all aspects of the implementation and progression of assigned projects, from original concept through project closure activities.

Provide leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.

Define project goals and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic objectives and customer expectations.

Define high-level work plans, key project tasks and deliverables, and manage the integration of resources and knowledge across projects and tasks.

Manage project issues, risks, and changes in scope to mitigate impact to customer experience and critical path deliverables.

Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues — communicating across leadership.

Lead initiatives to establish best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

Collect customer feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve project management processes & best practices.

Coach, mentor and motivate more junior Customer Delivery Managers.
What you'll bring to the role:
-
5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.

5-8 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.

Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience).

Technical competence using software programs, including Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Jira.

Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion while managing the right balance of process without burdening the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.

Experience in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature service solutions.

Strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization and manage various project team sizes.
