The People Operations team recently came together for our annual two-day Summit, dedicated to collaboration, connection, and the road ahead. It was a great opportunity to step back and look at our upcoming initiatives through a collective lens, ensuring we’re aligned on how we continue to support our global team. Beyond the planning, it was just as much about the people. From hearing from guest speakers to getting competitive at Activate and sharing team dinners, we really valued the chance to simply be a team in person. Our offices were busy getting their hands dirty for Earth Month! 🌎 Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to: 🌱 Atlanta: Geotabbers spent time at the Wylde Center Nursery prepping seedlings for a sale that benefits Title I school lunch programs. Back at the office, they hosted a massive Plant Adoption Day, dimmed the lights for Natural Light Day, and ran a 10-day E-Waste recycling drive. 🌳 Oakville, Waterloo, Toronto: The team partnered with Oakville Green for tree-planting at Preserve Woods. Together, Geotabbers planted 120 trees! 🌳 ☀️ Las Vegas: The team hit Sunset Park for a community cleanup, hitting the ground running to keep our local green spaces litter-free and beautiful. 🪴 Dubai: Welcomed new "green friends"! Each new plant parent walked away with an official Adoption Certificate to help their new leafy companion thrive. Big thanks to our GO Green team and every Geotabber who helped us show some love to the planet. 💚
