Geotab is seeking a Sr Channel Marketing Manager who will be responsible for channel lifecycle marketing strategy for strategic F500 partners and customers. What you’ll do

As a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager you will work with sales leadership to set and achieve business targets, and provide monthly, quarterly and annual marketing performance. Additionally, you will be the key point of contact for our Strategic partner relationship to develop joint channel marketing plans to help deliver against sell-in and sell-through targets.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Influence partner mindshare for and ATL and BTL initiatives that quantifiably drive pipeline, new growth and expansion.

  • Leverage data-driven sales, operations and management strategies to inform and scale marketing campaigns and channel programs.

  • Act as “voice of the channel” advocating for partner requirements and processes to sales, marketing, product, senior management etc., with reporting on key channel metrics and analytics.

  • Manage annual budgets for each partner including implementation of MDF funding and reporting against key metrics including: CPL.

  • Work with cross functional teams to develop competitive benchmarking and customer intelligence insights that support our joint market strategy.

  • Lead creative campaign briefing discussions with partner contacts, with ability to drive influence with partner leadership and partner agencies. Serve as an expert of both Geotab and partner brands, ensuring all activity delivers joint value outcomes and adheres to all privacy and data protection compliance requirements.

  • Drive strong execution across all aspects of the marketing mix: merchandising, sales tools, training, media publications, digital, events, etc

  • Facilitate roundtables, customer briefings and other forums to develop customer advocacy and VOC.

What you’ll bring to this role
  • Minimum of 8+ years managing commercial and marketing relationships with Telecom Wireless Carriers / Fortune 500 accounts. Must have demonstrated experience leading teams in driving cross-channel portfolio growth through scalable marketing strategy.

  • High energy, collaborative leader with demonstrated ability impacting and influencing across various functions and at all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to execute against multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.

  • Must have strong critical thinking skills and proven track record leading innovative business improvements in multichannel environments.

  • Disciplined strategic planning, execution and analysis of all programs to maximize customer loyalty and optimize promotional strategies.

  • Experience influencing price, distribution and merchandising placement, as well as launching rewards/recognition/spiff programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or related field.
