Provide day-to-day LMS support; collaborate with hosting vendor
Research, plan, coordinate, test, and implement system enhancements
Provide complex system and security administration, end user technical support and problem solving, process flow documentation and process change requests
Create new and modifies existing complex configuration/reports to gather and report data
Troubleshoot moderately complex customer and system issues including, but not limited to, error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures
Develop, updates and modifies tables to ensure data integrity and system stability, including but not limited to, security and forms tables
Provide progress reports to inform management of project status
Maintain and updates processes for transfer data between LMS and HRIS System
Research organizational needs for LMS implementation or upgrades in collaboration with stakeholders
Gather and document business requirements and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders; complete testing when IT resources are utilized in collaboration with QA Analysts
Review, research and implement updates and fixes for the LMS
Develop and modifies reports for management and end users
Prepare training and documentation materials; collaborates with training group; facilitates user training
Stay current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies
Assist employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to LMS processes, procedures and services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required, with 5-7 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development Systems or Computer Science related field of study
Experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar technical systems administration position
Technical skills including understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
Advanced-level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary
Proven knowledge of relational databases is required
Ability to identify problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential
Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and/or xAPI eLearning standards preferred
Ability to time manage can flex/pivot when priorities/plans change
Sense of deadline criticality and the skills to successfully multitask on several initiatives simultaneously
Possess Microsoft Excel/Access skills including the ability to build and run reports and to compare, manipulate and analyze data (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts/tables/diagrams)
Excellent presentation skills and consulting skills
Experience in project management, with skills necessary to interpret what is needed for the success of a project and to create appropriate schedules for timely delivery
Able to competently juggle competing tasks and changing expectations
An outstanding understanding of business needs with the ability to establish an amazing relationship with staff at all levels
