Geotab is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partner Program and Operations who will develop and execute strategic initiatives and org-wide campaigns in collaboration with Geotab’s Partner ecosystem. What you'll do:

As the Senior Manager of the Global Partner Program and Operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement, lead, and drive partnership initiatives. To be successful in this role you will possess a strong understanding of partner experience and management, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating scalable and impactful partner programs that drive revenue growth. Additionally, the role demands a high level of collaboration and teamwork across various departments, including Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing.

How you'll make an impact

  • Partner with stakeholders and leaders across the business to operationalize, lead, and execute on org-wide strategic partnership initiatives to support Partner Led Revenue Growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated programs, marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, email marketing, content creation, and social media, to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate across the Geotab Ecosystem to align on joint GTM strategies and co-marketing initiatives with key partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather requirements and develop partner enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and case studies that highlight the value of Geotab’s solutions to partners that cross the Partner journey.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all partner-related marketing activities and that all messaging is up to date throughout multiple channels (PRM, Geotab website, Sales resources, etc.).
  • Conduct ongoing communications and enablement strategies to the Revenue & Services teams to educate on partner offerings, partner positioning and joint value propositions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner initiatives and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of revenue campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve future campaign strategies.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the team: Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to individual contributors; Collaborate and support employees during the performance management process, meeting KPAs and career development planning; Engage in the development of the team by coaching, providing feedback, identifying areas of growth and training opportunities.

What you'll bring to the role

  • 8+ years of leadership experience.
  • 5-8 years in a revenue operations function in the B2B technology space with exposure to Marketing and Partner/Channel Development.
  • Successful record of running programs that accelerate revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of partner engagement, telematics, and related industries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and processes to increase revenue.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
