Geotab is seeking a Customer Experience Intern who with training, will be able to quickly contribute to the Customer Experience team. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the VP of Customer Experience and Technical Operations with day to day administrative duties. To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong verbal and communication skills. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.

How you'll make an impact
  • Continuously grow company knowledge on a Bi-Weekly basis by attending new hire training throughout internship as well as meeting with team leads, managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Attend Bi-Weekly webinars as needed to stay on top of market trends, providing a condensed bullet point list and presentation on value-add for informational purposes that may improve the Customer Experience.

  • Seek out other CX leaders, as designated by AVP and VP of CX, for projects and tasks when all current tasks and projects are up to date.

  • Provide meeting minutes and action items for weekly CX meetings, as invited, to ensure that the notes are distributed the same day and appropriate action items are assigned.

  • Maintain a positive customer experience as new tasks and projects are presented

  • Learns the operational workings of the CX department assigned by observing Team Members, participating in meetings, asking questions, and evaluating services

  • Assist in the coordination of CX team member feedback on new systems and tools via survey quarterly

  • High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates strong computer proficiency.

  • A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.

  • Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Salesforce, and cloud based PBX platforms.

  • Able to work under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills while maintaining an attention to detail.

  • Pursuing a university degree in communication, business management or relating to position
